I have hear in my head " I just want to kill myself". I don't know how to make it go away. I have heard it in my head since my teens. If I had to stay in the hospital until I did not hear it anymore I would LIVE IN THE HOSPITAL FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. Yes I am bio polar also
Reading your post makes me very concerned for you. Have you ever ever had a psychosocial done on you? In my advice, you don’t need just a doctor, but a team that can help you with your problems.
For me, it has helped me a whole lot, I was so Scared 😟😟 when I first started cause it was something different for me, cause I kept everything in & it was hard opening up to someone I didn't know. Now after 8 yrs & counting, I feel more comfortable & glad that I made the effort to go. Thanks for listening 👂🏼

Yes, IOP is your best bet.
In 2001, I met a wonderful psychiatric nurse with whom I continued to work with till 2010. She helped me to lose the guilt I was bearing because of having bi poplar disorder. She established where my interests where, and led me to the fulfilling of my life's plans....without her influence, and loving kindness, I don't know where I would be - indeed, without her, i don't know if I would be here at all!

I've had a therapist who has broken our appointments and feel skeptical even though I want to feel hopeful. I already struggle with rejection issues related to Borderline Personality Disorder.
