Has Anyone Been Afraid That Their Therapist Won't Show Up?
A MyDepressionTeam Member asked a question 💭

I've had a therapist who has broken our appointments and feel skeptical even though I want to feel hopeful. I already struggle with rejection issues related to Borderline Personality Disorder.

Best to see where it goes. Pretend that you're right, the substitute should have access and time with his/her notes to at least try to understand you. Anyway none of us can predict the future. Think it too much, it can spiral into many different directions. Known as the 'what if' scenario.

If they keep that up. Get another therapist. I know that hard but it's the best thing for you. You don't want to feel this way. Start calling around. I hope you find one that enjoys their job. I'm sure you will. You have insurance? They can help. If you do.
