I have been practicing mindfulness and meditation, they help a great deal; but I am curious: what do you suggest I add on to a daily routine?
Exercise and getting together with friends helps a great deal.
Any advice on what to do about negative thoughts that are all you have and agree with, without replacing them with positive thoughts you don’t believe? What if your thoughts have a mean tone but you are friends with them or comfortable with them and don’t argue with them because it’s useless? But you can’t move on while hating yourself, but you do?

I have pets that require that I get out of bed to care for them. Otherwise, I would just stay in bed.
I’m curious if people think clinical depression is completely a medical issue or to some extent demonic oppression?
