I find it very effective at ramping up my mood. So effective that i have to limit my use. Im bipolar and if i get to high its bad news.

Its a light that mimics the sun for people with SAD or people with odd working hours who have trouble sleeping

I have used the lightbox for years. It does help! I now use it for 50 minutes per day! I also use it year round. If you have any other questions let me know.

Just started using one. While I live in a city with sunlight all year round, I still find it helpful.

I am bipolar and i have found it makes me hot tempered. I get energy and im not so sad but i would rather be sad than losing my temper over trivialities. Ive shelved it for now and may use it if i hit a rough patch again.

I think others get overwhelmed by our overwhelming(ness)
We understand how it feels so we can identify with it... and that’s why we wouldn’t “abandon” ~ (try to understand that is a very strong word) anyone in time of need. It’s a part of who we are... such an oxymoron. But, such is our plight.
I’m sorry about your car accident. I hope you can understand and start to feel like the healing process is taking it’s toll and give yourself time to adjust.
Best🌸
