Dies Your Depression Cause This Thought?
A MyDepressionTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does depression sometimes convince a person that they are condemned and that they have reached a 'point of no return' where there is no hope left of eternal beatitude?
I hope this doesn't happen to you, but if any of you are familiar with this experience, please respond.

Hello Faustina, unfortunately yes, but the next day you might not feel this way, depression is such a strong illness it can convince you of anything.
People trying to tell you otherwise, don't really understand what you are actually going through.
Take care.

I don't go out in large crowds or events because of my heart condition and my spine problems. I don't have control of my bowel and bladder so I go to the bathroom a lot because I drink lots of water, tea, and cranberry juice. I'm not able to do a lot of stuff without help and still getting use to using my walker and my rollator.
