I was diagnosed with insomnia years ago and took Ambien for like 12 years will not touch that again bad experiences anyway I cannot get to sleep and then when I do I find myself waking up again within an hour or so and not being able to go back to sleep again and then when I do go back to sleep after an hour or something it repeats itself over and over again until I just can't take it anymore I end up getting up. I cannot take melatonin or magnesium actually because it contains magnesium won't take ambient again, so if he's never really a loss of things to do but I'm going to get through it one way sugar another because I will always get through whatever it is that is causing me issues because I won't let it control me.
