What can I use to treat anxietyanddepression
Chamomile tea
I changed my character and personality and was wondering if any of you had done this to cope with your depression if not maybe you need to try.!
I wish I could get rid of my insomnia its the root of all my problems I have now
My opinion is it coukd, i mean i have anxiety really bad and sometimes my kids can be too much for me to handle and my anxiety goes through the roof.
I read the notes from my meeting with the psychiatrist and now I feel really mentally ill. It seems that the freedom to read notes from the doctor makes me become my illness.
Read everyone of them, need to make sure they hear what I am saying!
