Oh Mrluvsjah, you don't know what a relief that is to hear that. I'm sorry you have to go through that, I know the feeling. It sucks. No one can talk me through it or help me reason things out. When I feel good there's no paranoia but when I get sick, it's there and I hate it.

yeah i have the gift of paranoia also along with my bipolar 1 and schizo-affective ocd blah blah blah

Yes I do suffer with paranoia its very hard to live with

I do not that must be scary I just have flash backs from Vietnam that is scary too luckily I have a vet counselor that helps I hope you have support I am here for you chat any time
