Breathing exercises for Anxiety as soon as it starts. Breathe in for 4sec...Hold 2secs. release slowly for 6secs. REPEAT. (Turns rear brain off & front brain on)... The part associated with Anxiety... A psychologist taught me this. It's great as you can do it anywhere...

Its tempting to oversleep when u are depressed (who has energy for anything else?) But I have found too much sleep can actually make me worse.

There is no simple answer to that. I'm on medication and have to use various techniques and distract myself and be on here chatting with people. I could probably do with some counselling but can't afford it. The answer could be a different combination of things for you.
