Does Anyone Else Read Their "after Appointment" Notes And Summary?
A MyDepressionTeam Member asked a question 💭

I read the notes from my meeting with the psychiatrist and now I feel really mentally ill. It seems that the freedom to read notes from the doctor makes me become my illness.

I have never seen any notes from after our meeting because I never see any paperwork at all except going to the front desk to pick up my next appointment information.. Dr C has the paperwork in her hands and walks with me up front, tells them when she wants to see me again and after I get the appointment paper, I leave.
