I react with awful side effects to any medication I have tried and am looking into the Fisher Wallace Stimulator to help with anxiety/depression/chronic pain. Does anyone know if anyone has had success with it? I've seen mixed reviews and don't trust their own website to be honest ;)

Is ut caused by the depression or or just a contributing factor to an already existing condition?

I know that you shouldnt medicate with alcohol and drugs. A little bit of my story is I broke my ankle when I was 14 and I was never told that I would have pain as bad as it was when I was finally able to walk. They said the pain would be light and would go away which was a lie. They had to put a metal plate and pins in. It would throb and swell four months after the surgery. I live with major depression and CPTSD and work with folks, like me who live with some of the same mental health conditions. I'm finding it difficult to manage and regulate my emotions at work. It's happened before and now again. It's discouraging!
