Any Of You Had Difficulties With Employment Challenges And Its Effect On Self-esteem When Unable To Work? It's Happening Again!
A MyDepressionTeam Member asked a question 💭

I live with major depression and CPTSD and work with folks, like me who live with some of the same mental health conditions. I'm finding it difficult to manage and regulate my emotions at work. It's happened before and now again. It's discouraging!

I can't work because of Treatment resistant MDD GAD and CPTSD as well as chronic health issues. It tears me up because I also have a hard time with house work. Social security disability is taking FOREVER to even come to a conclusion on my case. But the financial stress is making matters worse... the only 2 things keeping me sane and alive are my animals and the nonprofit I help with as I am able.
