I need to add something that will give a motivational boost. I wish there was a med that evenly balanced the neurotransmitters.

Was on Wellbutrin. Got changed to Cymbalta & Gabapentin. Good results clears the foggy mind without zigging you out. Hope you find what good meds for you. George

Zoloft is a good antidepressant. I have taken it for the last 15 years.

You could talk to your doctor about medications used for ADHD. That has helped me with energy/motivation. (I also don't respond well to [[treatment:Wellbutrin!:57ae142cff295050db000db1]]!)
