I've been on Trintellix for about a month now. Before that, I was taking a combination of Wellbutrin and Zoloft for the past few years. I was doing alright on those 2, but my nurse practitioner suggested I try something different since my depression is pretty resistant. I've noticed the past few weeks on Trintellix that I've been more tired and really hungry. I've been eating a lot more and have gained maybe around 5 lbs the past month. 5 lbs is noticable to me only being 5'0". I see my NP tomorrow so I'll know how much I've gained for sure. Kinda dreading it. Wellbutrin suppressed my appetite. I almost wanna switch back to it for that reason.

I was on Wellbutrin for years , then went off had TMS and can't tolerate the Wellbutrin , I had terrible insomnia, so far the trintellex has not been too bad just nausea when I take on empty stomach, too soon to see results yet
