Spending more time outdoors in nature doing lot's of walkimg & taking pics with my camera. I'm a Hobbyist Photographer & find it very therapeutic being on adventures taking pics making memories of the places I visit.

I walk past them on the side of the road when I walk my babies (dogs). We've seen them every spring we remember. The boys and I walk the two-lane road next to the lake in the Shawnee National Forest.

@A MyDepressionTeam Member That sounds like fun, taking photos to memorialize your travels. I have my "fly book" to journal about my efforts to break from agoraphobia and venture out into the world on my own and drive again. It has a butterfly on the front and lyrics to Lenny Kravitz Fly Away inside the cover. I plan out something I want to do and then afterwards write a little bit about what happened. When I'm feeling scared and I don't want to leave the house I can look back and see what I've already done on my own and find my courage.
