You are never alone and not cared about. Our Lord I’d always with us no matter what is going on. I pray and pray and pray but you need to tell good that you can’t do this anymore by yourself. But, you have to turn it over to Him and He will help you. He has me! You have friends here that know exactly how you feel and what you are going thru. Hang in there and hit your knees and pray to your Father.

You took a right step by coming here. Lots of people to listen. There are also groups you could go to to talk about your feelings. You can call NAMI to find some in your area. Also just going to see a counselor will help.

I try to tell my dad, he has no idea how to respond as nobody really knows what to say.
If I tell him that I’m on one of my down the dark hole days, I need time alone, he totally respects it and apart from a daily telephone call from me, we somehow manage to cope. Be kind to yourself and rest up when ever you can.🙂

No one cares because they dont understand., try not to take it personal. its not on you, you are ill and if they lack compassion and understanding let it go and see you psycologist or come to this platform. we understand more than anyone
