This happens to me all the time. It's like when you feel like the preacher is talking right to you. I often hear it in songs that just happen to come on right when I need them. Sometimes it just feels good to hear someone describing the way they feel and when you are feeling the same. Sometimes they tell you what you should do or not do. Tell me what you have experienced like this. I hope I'm not the only one.
Yes!!!
Dear anxiety, I see you
Feel you filling the space in my chest
Dear anxiety, I hear you
Screaming and trying to protect me
[Pre-Chorus]
But you don't have to worry
[Chorus]
I promise that I'm safe
We don't need to shut this body down or try to run away
I promise we're okay
So I'll just sit here with you a while and watch as you fade away
Hmm

Hi Donna, I used to have more moments like you referenced above, but they are more rare than they were in the past for me . . I will try to pay more attention now that you have mentioned these moments of connection. . My best peace, love, and good vibes to you. . Sam . .
“Alone”
By Edgar Allan Poe
From childhood’s hour I have not been
As others were—I have not seen
As others saw—I could not bring
My passions from a common spring—
From the same source I have not taken
My sorrow—I could not awaken
My heart to joy at the same tone—
And all I lov’d—I lov’d alone—
Then—in my childhood—in the dawn
Of a most stormy life—was drawn
From ev’ry depth of good and ill
The mystery which binds me still—
From the torrent, or the fountain—
From the red cliff of the mountain—
From the sun that ’round me roll’d
In its autumn tint of gold—
From the lightning in the sky
As it pass’d me flying by—
From the thunder, and the storm—
And the cloud that took the form
(When the rest of Heaven was blue)
Of a demon in my view—
