My husband of 11 years (been together 18) can’t understand how I feel and does everything to make things worse for me without realizing it. It’s so hard to explain and after all this time he still doesn’t get how his words and actions can send me spiraling into a depressive or manic episode… he doesn’t understand and increases my anxiety at times
How can I help him understand and help me? Or at least understand and be there for me instead of making things worse then they already are in my own… read more
Find every book you can find on depression and read them. Write down what you think will help.
