Jolie I am glad you feel safe and are enjoying MDT because what is shared here stays here and that is a place we all need.

There is no way to properly respond other than the truth. The truth is the only thing that will set all of us free in our mental illness. It is also the only thing that can possibly help us with our problems.

Jolie some of us have more than depression and we also become friends and discuss our families some, jobs, you know life in general that affects our mental and physical well being so just jump in a post and comment if you feel like it.
