I Have Never Had This Problem!!
Hello im James, i am 44 years old . I quit smoking at age 40. I have tried to eat right, exercise, i even take Adderall for ADHD, and i am still over weight. I have weighed 165 my whole life, but after Quitting smoking i have been at 200 or 195. I can't seem to lose weight. Does anyone have any advice?
I agree that if you can see a nutritionist that is the best. Some employers will pay for that as well as some offer the service. They have found that good nutrition is helpful in reducing medical costs and stress. Cut out suger including sugar free / sugar substitute drinks like soda, eat high protein and definitely no eating late. I eat alot of chicken and salad
I stopped smoking 4 years ago. I had no idea when you stop your metabolism slows down. It seems that's actually a thing. I gained about 25 lbs.
Hi James, I seem to REALLY blow up when I'm on my Adderall, so please share anything you find that works?? Thanks!
Good for you for quitting smoking. I am not ready to. And I’m sure it isn’t good for my anxiety and the rest of my health. I recently gained tons of weight. I have no magic cure other than cutting flour and sugar. It works for me when I put my mind to it.
Congrats on tossing the smokes.
