I always say something. I really think about what I am gonna say. Sometimes people just gotta know that people actually care or read their posts.
I refer them to the crisis lines
International Suicide Hotlines (Outside of the United States) - Suicide.org
http://www.suicide.org/international-suicide-ho...
In the USA National Suicide Prevention Lifeline
(Phone number can only be seen by the question and answer creators)
http://www.suicidepreventionlifeline.org
i notice that sometimes just a simple "hi" or a hope your get better sometimes pulls me back.
All are uUseful to me I never have phone numbers for the UK or anywhere like that so I don’t know if there’s a Help crisis line here on this site available
Sometimes talking about the times I have tried to commit suicide and letting them know what happen in the process and how I found what I think is my purpose in life and how after that last time I have never tried to end my life anymore I was 32 and now I'm 52 years old. I think that sometimes what they want to here is that there is hope and hearing it from someone that overcame the nightmare that no one thinks will ever end is kind of the light at the end of the tunnel. Sometimes I wish someone would of talked to me when I was going through those very dark days, but then again I wouldn't of gone through all those experiences which now I can use to help others Thank you and I hope this will help
