I used to be a spender but in last year I became anxious from spending any money little or big .i still have a source of income .but I am very anxious and terrified in deplatiting way from spending any money .and I am scaring my family.
Is this a new form of anxiety

i think it is part of anxiety, i know i think and stress about it all the time.... thats what i think anyways... i have so many sleepless night ... about money, future, no future....being alone .... all across the map of thought, past or future... even present.... makes for anxiety~ there has to be help with out meds. but i dont know.

Try holding an ice cube. If your stuck in your head and having bad thoughts just grab an ice cube and hold it tightly in your fist.

Fear of spending any money is a sign of anxiety .make a budget. Write a list of things you can not live with out. But set aside a small amount each month for a treat ..movie buy a book ..a bag of candy. What ever. Not going out of the house is not good for your soul .

I am also terrified of spending money.
I just hate bying stuff for myself, no treats apart from my weed, which costs an arm & a leg anyway, & I'm gonna see Queen in December, I cant wait, that's a massive treat to my partner & I.
It was on my bucket list. Happy daze. Lol 😁 Emma. X
