That sounds incredibly frustrating, and it's completely understandable to feel angry and defeated after being treated that way. Being mistreated, left without proper training, and then having it falsely reported that you quit — especially when it affects your food stamps — is a serious situation that deserves to be addressed.

That kind of stress and feeling of being wronged can really weigh heavily, especially when living with depression. It's important to take care of yourself through this.

Here are some steps that may help escalate your complaint:

- Document everything — dates, names, what was said, and any messages or paperwork you have
- Contact Taco Bell corporate through their official website's contact form if calls aren't being answered
- File a complaint with your state's labor board about the false reporting on your food stamps paperwork — this could be considered fraud
- Contact your food stamps caseworker directly to explain what actually happened so your benefits aren't affected

You have every right to stand up for yourself here. The false reporting on your benefits paperwork is especially worth pursuing — that's not something they should get away with.
