Members shared mixed but heartfelt opinions on whether Daylight Saving Time should become permanent, with many hoping it passes to avoid disruptions to sleep schedules, moods, and mental health. Several members described how the time change negatively affects their anxiety, depression, and daily routines, with some using happy lights or sunrise alarm clocks to cope with long, dark winters. A recurring theme was concern for children walking to school in the dark, balanced with personal relief at not losing precious daylight hours.

Daylight savings time was passed for kids going to school so it won't be dark outside, please let's not change that,I got great grandchildren going to school🥰😇😍🙏

Personally I wouldn’t mind but I think it would be really hard on the little ones going to school in the dark.
