I only open up to a few people when I'm really in need of help: my husband, my mother, and my best friend. They're all pretty good at talking me through the darkness. I tell them the specific thing that's wrong in the moment rather than generalizing it, it gives them a starting point of how they can help
I get paid monthly, & my sister is my payee, & she always takes more than her share, so I hardly have any money to take care of myself, I want this payee to see my money is managed correctly every month so I actually have something to live on.
Yes my mother is still alive but we dont have a good relationship. She is so far out in left field that me and my siblings don't have a good relationship with her never been close to share felt sometimes like I went out of the house looking for love because I never got it at home!!!
Thank you for wisdom!!!
Start with someone you trust. Tell them you are feeling depressed and maybe why if you know. They may ask how they can help, dont be afraid to tell them. Reach out. It can be the beginning of getting help
