I tend to deal with things by myself, so I'll likely never post much. But it's great to know that there's an on-line group I can go to if I ever have questions.

I don’t come on a lot because I tend to get distracted. It’s not for any reason. I think it’s not good for us to think we can change someone or save them online. It’s nice that we understand what others are going through and can offer support, but it can’t replace person to person support. Just my opinion.

I wonder what has happened to some people. If you reach out and get no response there is nothing you can do. I don't go on this site everyday. Some days I just don't feel like talking about depression.

I'm praying that people come back and share what's going on with them.I pray people aren't so depressed that they shut down and not reach out to others.
