If so, what dosage?

We both take a combination Vitamin D3/K2 supplement; I take twice the dosage because my D3 levels are sometimes low when tested. I have no idea if it helps.

@A MyDepressionTeam Member, John, I take a magnesium complex for both sleep and muscle/joint recovery after exercise/exertion. I think it's been helping me, but I have no idea how to determine that unless I stop taking it for a week or so and I'd rather not experience the waking 2-3 times a night again for an experiment.

I've thought about that and magnesium but don't do it. I drink organic whole milk mixed with flax meal and orange Metamucil once a day. I figure I get enough D from that. Maybe it's not enough

I take D3, 5000 iu per day. My pain management NP tested my blood and said I was deficient in both D and zinc. She told me what dosage to take. My blood levels have been normal ever since taking them, so I must be on the right dosage!
