Vitamin D and Depression: What’s the Link? Read Article...
A MyDepressionTeam Member

I actually stopped taking the extra doses of Vitamin D just because there is some in my multivitamins, & there is such a thing as taking too much! I read some of the side effects, & it scared me enough to stop the extra dosage! I've been having a lot of digestive issues lately, so I'm trying to eliminate any possible causes of it! Everyone is different though, talk to your doctor before you take new supplements or increase your dosage!

I use the gummies myself and I've been told that if you bite them up in little tiny pieces and in your mouth and then put them under your tongue they work a lot faster whether that is the case or not I'm not really sure I just get the vitafusion gummy vitamins vitamin D3 for bone and immune support but it says on the bottle my doctor is the one that got me started on taking them
