Ya, exercise is a big one, that one is tough to do on a regular basis especially in winter when its cold and dark at 5 pm, that one i have to find a way to do, maybe i'll use lots of coffee to get to the gym.

Oh I can't give up my coffee. I have to have my coffee. I know what you mean by being a crutch though. I try not to eat to much sugar. I eat sugar every so often. That is so bad for you but really, who can cut sugar out completely. It does give you a quick high. Unfortunately it doesn't last long enough and you crash hard. Exercise is important and sleeping on a schedule.
