I'm beginning to do the Italian/Jewish grandmother thing and get that knot in my chest worrying.

Hoping she, Ava and the furbabies are doing okay and we see her illuminating presence again, because she's our friend...

Members expressed heartfelt concern for a beloved community member who had been less active, with several reaching out privately and others noting they had recently seen her posts or heard from her directly. The group rallied around the understanding that she was focusing her energy on caring for Ava, whose health was uncertain, with many offering prayers and emphasizing patience and unconditional support. A recurring theme was the deep bonds formed within this community, the balance between wanting to support friends while respecting their need for space during difficult times, and the collective relief and joy when she returned to let everyone know she was okay.

I hope you heard that she is still with us, but Ava's health is a bit tenuous right now and she is where @A MyDepressionTeam Member needs to focus her energies. I may be agnostic, but I have immense faith that she will return, and we *will* welcome her with open arms and the friendship we've grown with each other. If anyone will need and deserves it more, It's Kali.

I saw her post and she replied to me. All we can do is be there for her when she needs us. Those of you with spiritual beliefs, you pray your buttocks off for her.

I actually feel selfish that I've become that *dependent* on hearing from her kindest and most frank words. It's not fair for me to be grasping at her straws for "attention" when she's going through this.

All of us have the right not to clock in here every day and take time for our needs, @A MyDepressionTeam Member is no different.

We can breathe now, but we need to give her the time she needs to take care of Ava and herself.

She's a tough-a** cookie, but this may land hard.

Thank you all for helping me share concern for our dear friend 🧡

It's really touching that you care so much about your friend and are checking in on her wellbeing. That knot in your chest shows how genuine your connection is.

If you haven't already, you could try reaching out directly through a private message on her profile. Sometimes members step away for a bit to focus on their health or life circumstances, and a kind message can mean the world when they're ready to reconnect.

You can send a private message by:
* Visiting her profile page
* Clicking the message option
* Sending a supportive note letting her know you're thinking of her

If you're worried about a member's safety, you can also reach out to the MyDepressionTeam support team for guidance.

Your friendship and concern are exactly what makes this community so special. Hopefully she'll see your message when she's able and know she has people who care.
