Members responded with deep compassion to a painful post about surviving childhood grooming and sexual abuse, with many sharing that they too experienced abuse by trusted family members and carried the burden of secrecy for years or even decades. A recurring theme was the complexity of grooming, where love and abuse were tangled together, making it harder to process than many people realize, and several members validated how difficult it is to reconcile conflicting feelings of love, guilt, and grief. The community offered comfort and solidarity, reminding one another that healing looks different for everyone and that having people to talk to makes a meaningful difference.

do you know, it is so un christian to tell someone to get on with it and love jesus when they are hurting because its not as bad as jesus went through... you are a very unsensitive person. you should not throw your faith on other people, it is wrong
