Any type of abuse is never, never, ever, ever ok.
I was abused highly as a child & suffer from the abuse with mental health issues & physical health issues.
It's debilitating after the abuse.
I can deeply imagine what the daughter is going through & it will scar her for life.

Who has custody. Of the little girl? Don't wait for somebody to step in. You step in. If u have custody u don't have to take her over there. If they have custody I would be doing everything I could to get her back.

Of course, any abuse should be intolerable.
