I'll be πŸ™ prayin' for you, my friend Anthony . . I had cataracts in both of my eyes several years back, couldn't see hardly anyone or anything towards the end of the approximately 2 year ordeal, couldn't drive, but had surgery on both eyes and can see fine now . . It's been almost 2 years now . . I never could've gotten through all that if it hadn't been for my best friend Joyce . . My best peace, love, and good vibes to you . . Sam . .

What beautiful and heartfelt dreams β€” thank you so much for sharing something so personal and meaningful. The passion and love behind every word is truly moving. πŸ™

A few things really stand out here that are worth celebrating:

- Working on forgiveness is one of the most powerful things anyone can do for their own healing
- Having a therapist, social worker, and AA sponsor shows a strong support system already in place
- Pursuing a PhD in Social Work or Psychology to help give others a voice is an incredibly noble goal

Living with depression can sometimes make our thoughts feel very big and urgent β€” like everything needs to happen *right now*. It might be worth sharing these feelings and dreams with your therapist, as they can help channel this energy into meaningful, achievable steps forward.

The desire to forgive, to be heard, and to serve others are all deeply healthy instincts. Leaning into those with the guidance of your support team could be a wonderful place to start.

One day at a time β€” that's how the biggest dreams get built. πŸ’›
