Hi Andy, I used da cry at home sometimes at the drop of a hat in front a my then wife Kimie from the terrible inner pain and loneliness that was deeply inside a me. . I felt ashamed somewhat when that was goin' on, but it taught me an important lesson, that is that I still was deeply hurtin' like I really had been for many, many years, if not for my whole life, and that it was truly almost unbearable psycho-spiritual pain and a gigantic sense of loss that I was feelin', dude. . To cry spontaneously and uncontrollably like that in front a my woman durin' midlife and middle age was full evidence of that to me. . I don't think your emotions are shot, Andy, but rather that they are very much alive and real, and that they are now pourin' out a you. . May God bless you, and I thank you for sharin' with us what you have been experiencin', bro.!! . . My best peace, love, and good vibes da ya, man. . πŸ†’ Cool 😎 Cat 😺. .
