@A MyDepressionTeam Member all the time, even if I make a list, I would still forget half the things on the list.

Absolutely!! I could be in a conversation and 1/2 way into it I will forget what we are talking about. Really. I have to keep listening to see if I can figure out what we're talking about.
But yes I am very forgetful. I do believe a lot of it has to do with my medication. Not sure. Unless I'm hitting early signs of Alzheimer's disease. I hope it's not that. That is a worry of mine.

I've searched the whole house for my glasses which were on top of my head. 🙄

I not only get forgetful but I can lose a conversation while I'm in it. I can put things down and forget where I put them and I had just put them down. I can read a book and forget what I read completely same with a movie. It's awful
