I would say not being okay points you in the way of asking questions about yourself. And you really need to know about yourself what makes you tic so you can know the know how and why about you .So reaching out won,t hurt just make sure you feel safe with what and who you do the reaching to.Hope this helps a little.

Sometimes people get the impression that we need to be "perfect". As if having depression etc makes you less whole. So it is the idea that we are not perfect. We all have flaws and struggles. Sometimes we just have a bad day and are just trying to hang on. It is realizing and accepting that that is ok, and it does not make you leas valuable. 🙂
