Members responded with deep empathy to someone asking when it's okay not to be okay, with the resounding answer being always, anytime, and without apology or explanation needed. Several members shared personal strategies for honoring their limits, including listening to their body's signals for rest, practicing breathing exercises to stay grounded, reminding themselves that the disease is not their fault, and asking for help when needed. A recurring theme was the importance of self-compassion over perfectionism, granting yourself grace to feel whatever you're feeling, and trusting that difficult moments are temporary even when they feel endless.

If my body and mind tell me that today is a rest, you are not quite "right" I don't argue. I'll crash on the couch listening to classical music. I don't feel guilty. It's my body and I'm listening to it. If I don't, I know I'm going to end up seriously I'll. I have the time to relax and I'm going to take advantage of it.

Yes stop beating yourself up
I do it to. That I’m not doing enough or not doing it right and get frustrated. I’m learning practice makes perfect mostly.
Learning to be kind to yourself.
Breathing exercises help to stay grounded. Peace
