Anyone else experience intensified depression with chronic pain?

How do you deal with it?

Yes chronic pain causes me to become depresses because I feel like it cannot be controlled just like depression. I deal with this issue most days. It's hard not to get overwhemed

One second at a time then 5 min then 10 min I self talk my way through everything when my depression is bad I forse myself to keep going

It's hard to explain the pain to the doctor but everything hurts, I don't think there is enough medication to control both but I have started cannabis and it has been helpful and it doesn't take much either, just a thought 💁‍♀️

I do, I was prescribed Tylenol 4, gabapentin,I was stretching everyday, I'm no sure what you do for work but don't push yourself to hard.
