I have MDD and also have chronic pain - arthritis and fibromyalgia. Does the pain make your depression worse? How do you deal with it?

@A MyDepressionTeam Member I have have arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Their are days I crying because my fingers hurt so bad. Beautiful then I have to focus on me. Then think of all the good times I have had when my fingers and arthritis was not bothering me. I do a lot of praying each day to lessen the pain. It’s not easy getting older.

@A MyDepressionTeam Member I have lots of things wrong with my back, neck, knees and feet so yes that along with my anxiety and depression all mixed together makes days very hard as I try to get relief from one thing and another will flair up and vice versa so it is a continue battle that some times I don’t think I will make it through.
