How bad is severe depression/being distressed and having anxiety? Is it like hospitalization.

That is between your mental health person and you as to what treatmemt would be best for you. If u r at the point of trying to leave the world do to it then seeking emergency medical help is needed either calling a slecific number, emailing the crisis centre or going to the er is needed asap.

I agree, when things get too tough to handle and you are thinking nothing but depression the hospital is the best option. You can get your meds adjusted or changed and have a group of support there when often we don't have any outside of the hospital. Hope you get to feeling better.....I totally understand.
