I get busy, I don't let myself lay down, I make sure I eat healthy, get on here and communicate, journal, argue with my depression, you have no power over me!! Read, it's my favorite hobby, and it takes my mind away for awhile, I choose fiction because it is good to get into them, they relax you and take you out of your present situation for awhile. Don't give in to the deep dark hole!

Sometimes I'm able to fight it and pull myself out. Then there are the times I have to let the spiral go and go down, hit bottom and then I can start pulling myself out. It's never the same way twice.

I keep myself busy. I really don't like being controlled by depression so I work hard to do things that will make me feel better. Sometimes I watch comedies on TV, listen to music, meditate, watch different subjects on YouTube.
