I’m interested to know, I’m not talking about the obvious ones such as headaches, dizzy ems etc. I’m more interested in what your mental mind has created for you to deal with on a daily basis!

@ Ron 39 I have days where i have to re train my mind and think that I can do this with laughter, and then I can get on with my life. I find that is my coping skill with what life has in store for me and every day presents a special challenge

I have to figure out what is real and what’s not every day. Is that voice real or imaginary... are they against me or is it in my head.. I second guess every thought in my head and have to work out if it’s real or my brain making up stuff .. it’s hard and tiring ... my eyes also go very blurry when I’m stress d

I get headaches when i cry. I get extreme tiredness as i 'mask' my autism a lot of the time, and people really have no idea how tiring mental processes, like pretending to be normal can be. I get backache.

Thanks to my connected Sensory Processing Disorder lights can be too bright, smells and tastes too strong or too bland. Sounds too loud. Light touches too heavy or not heavy enough.
