I have no problem being in the doctor's office with others with mental issues. All who work there are super nice & all the patients know the rest of us ate dealing with something just as they are dealing eith something themselves. I am fortunate to be going to this place. I have had others I didn't like.
Yes..I feel like I'm not alone and it's not so bad
I am comfortable, too. I usually start a conversation with someone, this last time it was with a woman who had been a nurse for 41 years, and is now working for an insurance company.
No problem being around other people with mental health issues. Actually there are some "normal" people who scare the daylights out of me!
Depends on my mood that day, it may trigger me more, hearing about all these problems, other times, i need "my people" to feel more myself.
