i have heard that so many times, i gave up saying any thing, unless you've walked in my shoes, lived my life you can't help, just be there when i need you to do what i need you to do, and just be there, to listen,give me a hug, tell me it will be ok , thonly thing that has helped me are pd help groups, or here we all have been there done that and is always here to give honest help
