Everyday I feel the same. I don't know how to feel better, and I just want it to end. People always say "it will get better", but it only gets better for a few days, and than you go straight back to the darkness. So, it's true it gets better, but I feel that your just living for those few days of being ok. These few days or hours of feeling ok, will just get you through the next week of hell. So, bacically they hold you over until the next cycle of sadness comes along. What's the point?

The point is that you not a quitter, none of us are. We fight for it everyday of our lives. Yes it gets very tiring n exhausting but always remember u r incredibly special n u r brave n strong - look wat u face every day n u continue to overcome it. Uve gotta take the good with the bad. Just try remember in those low times that it's the brain's chemistry that going haywire n recognise it for what it is. Try take it easy. Sending u big hugs

I know what you mean I'm dealing with the same thing, you wait for it to get better and some how even that doesn't help. I wish I knew what to say but I don't I'm sorry.

I don't take medication or talk to anybody about it. I did try medication for like a month, but than I stopped because it didn't work.
