Ever since i was young ive had issues with eating. My mother was going through her own mental issues and i was basically alone. Lots of dysfunction in my family and i comforted myself with food and gained a lot of weight. I was made to feel like shit by doctors and my mom and it messed with my head a lot. @A MyDepressionTeam Member i know how you feel. i have slowly cut my favorite soda out but i have little coke zeros to drink. have you ever tried coke zero?
plus may be medical
im pretty much addicted to coke but mine is not severe really so oh welll
i may be developing psychotic symptoms as well sadly
@A MyDepressionTeam Member i dont like to say i have ocd because ive never been diagnosed with it. I pace the floors a certain number of times, i have to wash my hands the same way every time i check the door i have to wash my hands, i have issues with numbers. i get scared of being made fun of and retreating about it again.
