How Do You Deal With Bad Days When You Have No Support From Family And Friends
A MyDepressionTeam Member asked a question πŸ’

I do have a partner and some family although they don't live close.I have tried to explain how I feel but get told pull yourself together or stop being a stress head! So I just bottle it up inside.please tell me ways that you guys use to help when all you want to do is curl up in a ball and cry.

If you don't have anyone to talk to maybe you could start journaling? That helps me feel a little better most of the time ☺

A good one my auntie taught me was to get an old pillowcase, put a glass jar in it and smash it. Otherwise another way is to blow a balloon up and write your probs on it and release it or pop it x

Also have a good cry, and let it all out, even into a pillow, this is a process, of learning in some ways, treat yourself well.
