With me at the moment when someone actually listen and trys giving me advice and at that time it helps but those same feeling keep haunting me.And it's like when I have these spells all the bad experiences come rushing back on my mind and that's when I want to just give up.Letting go of my past isn't easy because I'm not over them. Why did I have to suffer so mush?I've heard you go through things to make you stronger but I'm not.I'm grown and it's like it was yesterday and it's destroying my life.My past is who I am today and I'm still getting hurt.Cant have a good relationship with anyone because I'm damaged goods.I ask why I was inoscent,I still have not found my purpose in this world. So far i feel like I'm everyone doormat.Im too nice and help everyone I can but never get the same treatment.Dont expect anyone to have the answers because I'm still searching myself.

Constantly blaming myself for everything.. still have 2 black eyes from about a week ago from hitting myself.. sounds crazy I know but I felt so stupid and a worthless piece of shit I convinced myself I deserve it. Same with cutting, I always say in my head "you do this to yourself, good job"

CBT can be useful to learn strategies for being able to notice and deal with unhelpful thoughts. Counselling is also useful to practise strategies of handling them so they can't take over and reducing their impact...remember thoughts are not the truth; our brains can tell us lies.
