I cry at the drop of the hat. Especially if I see someone else struggling or suffering. Light coughing can help stop the tears if it is an inappropriate place to cry. I worked retail for a long time and I would excuse myself to the restroom if I need to cry. If you have problems with loneliness try finding a positive activity that you can do alone to brighten your mood. I like drawing or walking.

I have always been a crier. Usually at least once a day. I worry about everyone and everything. I have always felt guilty for crying, but learned it's just a part of me. A great stress reliever!.
