It sounds like you're carrying a really heavy load right now — job stress, loneliness, fake people draining your energy, and losing joy in things you used to love. That last part, not enjoying things anymore, is actually a really common and painful symptom of depression. You're not just "in a bad mood." This is real, and it makes sense you're exhausted.

The gaming/streaming community can feel like a lifeline, especially when life gets isolating. But when the drama and judgment outweigh the good, it stops being a safe space. You deserve better than that.

A few things worth thinking about:

- Pulling back from toxic online spaces can actually help protect your mental energy
- Therapy can be a judgment-free place to say exactly what you said here — no filter needed
- Losing interest in things you used to enjoy is worth mentioning to a doctor or mental health professional, as it's a key sign depression may need more support

One MyDepressionTeam member put it well — real friends don't get annoyed by your struggles. If people in your circle make you feel like a burden, they may not be your real circle.

You reached out here, and that took guts. That matters. 💙

Unfortunately, Facebook can be one of the worst things for people with depression or mental illness. I'm so thankful you're here & wish you an abundance of blessings. I'm adding you to my team.

I left Facebook for the same reasons. Mdt has been a godsend, even with its glitches. Glad you found us, Eliahna. 🤗
